You know, if you simply put down more police station in most any if the city sim games, you'll just keep getting more crime. You need to solve the problem of crime before it happens; building more schools to accommodate everybody, libraries, parks, and hospitals. Only when you're able to build LESS police station will you have crime under control in these games. Bad analogy; you clearly do not understand reality or video games.

OP clearly doesn't understand how police funding works. Just the other day, the police was called for a welfare check on a person with special needs. He had a seizure, and the police shot him, because reasons. That shouldn't be the job of the police, because they are not trained to do this kind of stuff, and that's why their solution for every problem is "shoot it". If the fire-department had been called, that man would be alive today. If social-workers had been called, that man would be alive today. But because the police was called, that man is now dead. Get it? Defunding the police means taking away money from the police and putting it elsewhere. Also, American police is way too over-funded. They have APCs and combat armor and weapons that belong in the military. If you give a cop a bazooka, he's gonna use the bazooka. Defunding the police means taking away their bazookas.

Just do it. But before doing so tell everyone, so they have enough time to move to another city. Then stop police fire department schools water and electricity supply as soon all BLM activist moved to your city. So the people will see what they got if they have a full anarchistic society. Let them prove themselves.

No.. dude.. there is a difference in giving the police 1 million to buy cars and they get 3 chargers and then use them to stop people for not putting the blinker on.. they can do that I an 20k Toyota.. if you told me well ever since we are giving more money they prevent more crime.. but the truth is that they rarely prevent any crime, they just make shit up to get you in trouble
